# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like restaurant quality but comes together faster than most sandwiches.
  • The contrast between warm crispy flatbread and cold crunchy lettuce is completely addictive.
  • You can prep the chicken ahead or use rotisserie and still get incredible flavor.
  • It works as lunch, dinner, or something to share when friends drop by unexpectedly.
02 -
  • Let the flatbreads cool for a minute or two before adding the lettuce, or the heat will wilt it into sad, limp greens.
  • Slicing the chicken thinly is key, thick chunks make the flatbread hard to eat and the flavors don't meld as well.
  • Toss the lettuce with dressing separately instead of drizzling it on top, this way every bite is evenly flavored.
03 -
  • Grill extra chicken and keep it in the fridge, it makes throwing together another round of flatbreads almost instant.
  • Warm the flatbreads just until crisp but not hard, you want them to have a little give so they're easy to bite through.
  • Use freshly grated parmesan and add it generously, the nutty, salty flavor is what ties everything together.
